Unleash your potential and explore the boundless opportunities awaiting you! Our Career Launch program, in collaboration with the Peel District School Board, is tailored for students in grades 5-12 with a keen interest in ICT. Through our exposure and awareness courses, we will introduce them to exciting topics such as cybersecurity, digital networking skills, and technology education programs.

We collaborate with schools and principals to help students gain valuable knowledge and skills in the field of cybersecurity. Whether you are curious about this field or already have an interest, this program will provide you with the exposure, resources, and support to explore and excel.

Introduction To Cybersecurity
The World Gets Hacked Grade 9 – 12 cybersecurity course delves into the basics of cybersecurity and its career prospects.
The course may include:
- Cybersecurity Fundamentals
- Workshops on Cybersecurity as a Career Choice
- Safeguarding Personal Digital Lives
- Cybersecurity Challenges for Institutions

- Virtual lab activities for hands-on problem-solving in a lab simulation environment
- Network simulation environment, including exploring the Internet of Things using Cisco Packet Tracer

Cybersecurity Awareness
The Cyber Security Awareness and Exposure Program – ICT Conference Workshop Training is for grade 7 – 12 provides insights on cyber security.
This educational stream focuses on:
- Presentations covering Cyberbullying, Digital Footprint, Information Verification, Privacy, Safe Communication, and Understanding Online Risks.
- Insightful discussions about future careers in the field of cybersecurity.

Cyber Club Jr. is our flagship partnership with schools to register students for our afterschool, out of school and lunch programs.
How do schools become part of this program?
Schools are introduced to our program via Peel District School Board, Meetings with Principals, Word of Mouth, Black Students Associations (BSA).

Upon registration for the Cyber Launch Program, each participant automatically becomes a member of the Cyber Club Jr. As a club member, they gain access to a variety of exposure and awareness courses aimed at helping them discover job opportunities that are best suited to their interests.
